Training is an important part in implementing your Vision
Software product and in your ongoing use of the product.
Initial Training
When you first purchase a Vision Software product training forms
part of the implementation process to ensure that your end users
understand the software product and how it relates to the tasks
that they need to complete within your specific work environment.
Initial training sessions focus on getting the basics right so that
you can effectively complete the work you need to within your
Vision Software product.
Follow up training
Refresher and advanced training sessions are also available to
ensure that you are getting the most out of your Vision Software
product. These sessions are useful for example, where a number of
significant software upgrades have been released since your initial
training or where there are specific tasks or functions you would
like to perform with your Vision Software product.
Quality
We build quality into the training process through
- Assessing client requirements
- Developing client specific training
- Following and signing off on a training plan
- Gathering trainee feedback after training
- Providing high quality trainers
Our trainers are product specialists who are also involved
in product development and support. This means that they understand
in detail what and how our software products work, and have a wide
understanding of client business requirements.
Prerequisites
Before training can be provided
- Your Vision Software product must be fully installed.
- Pre-training self-assessments forms for all users receiving
training must be completed and returned.
