VisionCRE's Project Management module helps clients to manage and control the financial aspects of all types of property projects, including construction, refurbishment and fitouts.

Create and email Purchase Orders, with retentions if required
Use PO detail to create AP invoice, ensuring accurate GL coding and verifiying spend

Reports include Ledger Activity, Cost Variance, Budget Variance, Monthly Spend, Spend to Date, Work in Progress Summary, Outstanding Invoices, Invoices with Outstanding Retentions and many more.

VisionCRE's Project Management module integrates with the optional Financial module and is designed primarily to manage the financial aspects of a Project or Program. It is not intended to be a resource planner, scheduler or generic project management tool such as MS Project.
