Retail Management Module
Vision Software has released a new Retail Management module as
part of our flagship VisionCRE Corporate Real Estate offering.
Developed initially for strong retail clients Tainui Group
Holdings and Prime Retail Management, this module is now
available for general release.
The Retail Management module captures, calculates and reports on
key data including:
- Customer count by Property and Entrance
- Sales by Tenant, Category and Sales group
- Sales YTD
- Sales Certificates
- Gross Occupancy Cost
- Marketing Funds
- Percentage Rent
- MAT
The Retail Management module also allows you to import Retails
Sales Data and other KPIs.
