Designed primarily for property-related assets, it has both taxation and management accounting ledgers, a Maintenance and Compliance function that links to the Critical Date Diary, and includes comprehensive Document Management to store and access User Manuals, Warranties and correspondence.

Asset Management integrates with both the Financial and Facilities Management modules for more complex Planned and Reactive Maintenance, including Planned Maintenance Scheduling that creates Work Orders and accruals for future invoicing.
